Rates:

My commissions are based on a $23/hr rate (USD) and are determined individually per piece/project, as so much depends on the level of detail & style you’re going for!

As an estimate, character portraits/illustrations usually begin at about $150-200, with additional characters able to be added at 60% of the price of the first. Pieces that require more variants/components (such as multiple variants for VNovel assets, proper model cutting for VTuber models) may cost more, in the $300-$500 range for the project.

Details

  • Payments are facilitated through Stripe invoicing, with PayPal as a backup. For new clients, payment is due upfront prior to starting your commission. If we have worked together before, we can discuss payment timing individually.

  • Refunds are available through the rough sketch stage. Once you confirm that you are satisfied with the sketch, and I’ve moved on to lines/coloring/etc., refunds are not available.

  • If you intend for your commission to be used for commercial work (i.e., in a published book or video game, used as merch, etc.) you must notify me upfront. Commercial work is typically priced at a higher rate on a per-project basis.

  • Depending on the complexity of your commission, it may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to complete. At the start of the commission process, I will typically let you know where you are in the queue and how long it will be until I expect to start your piece.

  • If a specific deadline is desired and/or required for your commission, please inform me prior to confirming your commission; after I have confirmed your commission and begun work, I cannot guarantee meeting an unexpected deadline, though I may be able to honor it with an additional fee.
